For many of us the summer season has just ended, but it’s still not time to retire your swimsuits or to stop looking at new ones! Let’s hang poolside in BWET with Gabriel Arocha and Aransahi Cazorla!
Adrian C. Martin shoots models Gabriel Arocha and Aransahi Cazorla in BWET swimwear and has everyone wondering why we’re at work instead taking it easy by a pool with these muscled men. This photoshoot took place at the lovely AC Iberia Hotel, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Adrian uses the aqua blue color of the pool to add a pop of color to each image and to highlight the models’ bodies. The contrast of the dark grey pool deck and the blue pool add an element of interest to each photo.
In the first few photos, both colors appear on each side of the model, highlighting not only his body but also the swimwear he sports in each shot. The pool adds depth and texture to the background of each photograph, and the sides of the pool create a linear design that makes each image seem more structured and stable. The dark grey wood pool deck also creates the same effect with each slate of wood. Adrian also uses water splashes against the grey flooring to create more texture surrounding the models, drawing your eyes in further.
Most of the BWET styles shot in this shoot are swim briefs. Currently, more men are giving up their swim trunks for the support and design of the swim brief. Once seen as a over-exposing style, the swim brief is gaining more popularity as men become more comfortable with their bodies and just want to try something different.
